From what I understand, you sacrifice lumens for high CRI. So I think this is normal for 90CRI. High CRI requires more phophor to be dumped on the LED blocking more light.
I much prefer a bit less lumens in favor or higher CRI……
Nice looking lights with nice emitters, looking forward to it!

Any idea when the GB will go ahead, now that Maukka has given the green light?
Code please, might have to try it…TO46R
Hmm that 1 minute turbo time is kind of a bummer. The lumen output for 1100 is understandable due to the CRI rating though. The Jaxman E2L can maintain 900 lumens with no step down, though it gets a litte hot after a while. So I’d at least like to have seen a 900 lumen option. Hmm.
For the price though, I’m still interested and on the list already.
Agree, I wish it had a 800-900 lumen sustainable mode.
Thanks Maukka for providing us with these very useful data
MascaratumB:maukka, maybe this is a dumb question, but considering the supposedly “expected” 1300 lumens - adverstised by the manufacturer - and these 1180 lumens measured, this decrease is due to the emitters used? Meaning NW (modded for this GB) vs CW (original)?

Right. Actually, this –10% is way less than the typical drop.
For example, XHP70 top-notch CW swapped to 90+CRI 4-5000K is usually roughly a 25% drop in output (which I’m totally ok with, as 90+CRI is just so pleasant to my eyes)

Me too, but we agreed on no UI changes during this GB (mostly because of the cost and time needed to properly test the new UI) -> This GB will be with the current UIs.
Last day of the GB. That clock is ticking!

I’ve not received a code.
There’s no code yet. Have you been added to the list? If not you need to PM “the” to be added to it.
NM I see you as #33. Just have to wait.

I see - ‘Last day of Group Buy’ sounded to me as if people had already received the code, and it was the last day for ordering. But I guess what’s meant is that it’s the last day to register.
Yes, my name is on the list. Just sent a message to the.
Deadline extended to next weekend. Limits confirmed: Max 100pcs for each model. OP updated accordingly.
I don’t see my name on the list for TO46R.
Interested in TO46R depending on final price
