Is there any chance that this thread ownership would be transferred to a team account as it has been done for the GT thread? That would help keeping the first post and title up to date…

Or, do you have doubts?

Yes, definitely one, if as expected another too. So please put me on the list for two.
I am also definitely interested in one, possibly two. I thought I expressed my interest in this project some time ago but it seems my name never found it’s way onto the list. THANKS
Fritz made it, people loved it, the idea was born to make it available… first a small batch then a production run. But all along, the idea was…
“For a lot of us mere mortals, seeing the cool things machinists make on their lathe is just a dream.
Hence the finish of the FW3A will be clear anodisation, no sanding/beadblasting before anodisation.
The idea is to give all the chance to have a light looking like it came of a lathe with the protection of anodisation.”

I made a first pass at merging the BLF interest lists together into a format a computer can process. The result is in post #4 now. There are still at least a few errors in the list due to a year of manual data entry, but those are getting cleaned up. I’m also still adding functions to make it handle cancellations, so those aren’t yet taken into account.
Information about the UI is also on the first page now, in post #3.
If your name on the list is not spelled correctly, please let us know. The list will be processed by a computer to send out notifications when purchases are enabled, so a misspelled name will prevent you from getting notified.

For now, I’m making a thing to verify each name matches someone who posted in the thread. That should help. It may also help with matching up requests to the posts where they were made.
…
Edit: It found 23 name errors and I fixed all but 4. I don’t see posts in this thread from:
ManWithoutShadow
Petroleum Lantern Guy
Rick
Throw me in to darkness …
It looks like the posts or accounts may have been deleted.
…
Edit 2: These have all been accounted for. Every name in the database, at minimum, matches someone who posted in this thread. Can’t say for sure that all the data is correct, but at least an automated tool didn’t spot any more name discrepancies.
Sorry i missed that. Good then!

Yeah, the tapered tube really makes it look luxury. I also like the new finish a lot more than the finish in the renders!

It’s configured to strobe at the highest regulated level, about 1000 lumens. This is about as high as it can go in strobe mode without overheating.

If you are willing to continue, it would be very helpful.
Thanks! Updated.
I have only three names now which do not match, and one is confirmed as a deleted account.
I’m still adding the code to handle cancellations, so there are still several lines in your list which are not merged into post #4 yet.
BTW, the format I’m using is simple. One request per line, and lines are either a sign-up or a cancellation:
A script reads this to produce the list in post #4.
