I changed my GT to go Turbo in single fast click, so I’m worried a bit.
I checked wall shot last night at moonlight mode, still fully lit.
I have been using my light for months in that mode and it works fine. This was just a weak LED.
Yesterday my 6 months daughter got common cold, I and my wife couldn’t sleep till 7:AM after her temperature went down to normal with medicine
9:AM someone was knock knock the door, so many times but i wasn’t able to answer i really wanted him to leave, but he insists, my wife waked up and answered him then i haired her saying you got a mail, LOL me saying OMG can it be ? all the tiredness went in a sec like i have been sleeping for a week OMG IT IS MY GT
I was so happy i even didn’t knew it has been shipped , I charged my 8 samsung batteries and bew bew i held it like a Bazooka

Any thoght about this kind of tracking number Wp where can i track it. I send to neal that i need DHL or ARAMEX and he sayed LT will use ARAMEX and payed extra for that.
Send Neal a message about this. I am not sure when your order was shipped but there was a lot of confusion in the orders shipped before CNY and several other mistakes were made.

I don’t even try to track China packages for at least a month anymore, too much hassle and generally doesn’t have any good information anyways.

I thoght maybe it some cheap service from premiume carrier like DHL but no its shown as register mail. so i paid extra fees for express then LT use register mail!! i am so mad after waiting 4months now this happen.
Talk to Neal. The shipping system is very complicated and has to go through about 4 places before someone actually prints a label. It is easy for things to be lost along the way.
And I have been waiting for months for the rear part and batteries, that guy Mr Neal don’t give a s**t about consumer care and never answer emails or PM.
Only concerned about selling, last time I bought the short tube and ask him if it is possible for also a endcap, so I can finally use my GT head.
But what do you think….no, nothing noppes hear from this Mr Neal.

Neal had been out of contact for over a month during CNY and the following weeks. Try contacting him now, he is responding much better now.
Finally, it arrived
This morning it was delivered to my home
When I arrived to home and saw it, a giggle was drawn on my face
When I opened the box, the giggle began to disappear
The tailcap was loose and could move freely inside the box to hit the other parts
When checking the tailcap there were three small dings without the anodizing
The giggle was lost
Luckily, the other parts are unmarked
The reflector is slightly OP, do not like
Knowing beforehand that the 35Es that I bought had not been shipped with the GT, I had prepared 4 NCR18650GA for testing
NCR18650GA do not make contact due to polarity protection system
I won’t be able to prove it today
Tomorrow I’ll see what I do

Was this in the single, big DHL style box? The packing is so tight in that box it’s hard to believe it would be loose. There is only a little room in between the top and bottom foam pieces.
If it was in the 2 piece registered shipping boxes the battery tube and tail cap are wrapped in bubble wrap and put in a box just big enough to fit it in.
This is the first report I’ve heard of a tail cap being loose in a box.
How do you think it happened?
Possible custom officer tested it to make sure it is a flashlight?
Yes, I was thinking this as well, this is quite possible if the customs are as strict as he says they are.
Ya, they could have assembled it and found that their D size batteries could not power GT up. :person_facepalming:
