Ok, we cleared the survey list of old issues so we can start fresh. Anyone that still has an open issue please fill out the survey form again. I will add this to the op

We have 400 lights reserved for this batch of the GB and 50 lights for the public. They will not interferer with the GB orders. Also all 450 lights are in stock sitting on the shelves at lumintop, so there will not be the long waiting game this time around. I am guessing ~2 weeks for most orders to be shipped.

They have the reflectors for the next and final batch on order and they are told they should be in around the end of April or early may but take that with a gain of salt based on past experiences.

I have filled in again, since I haven’t heard of any update on my bad reflector for over a month. I was told I would get a replacement sent to me by Neal.

Ok, I will sick Neal on the new survey next time I talk to him.

Texas Ace can you please let Neal know about my reflector also, filled out survey awhile ago and haven’t heard back. Thank you.

I wanted to know if there was any news about the shipment of the pending batteries and the short tube
He told me he’d send them in one package

You can fill it out again, it makes it easier to keep track of issues.

It is the weekend in China now, so I am sure that is playing a role. I generally do not hear much out of china from Friday night to Monday.

I just filled out the survey.

I sent the PM on Wednesday at 13:00 GMT, if I’m not mistaken it would be 21:00 China time on the same Wednesday.
I hope he has not started the same game and he answers PM.

2 x GT shipped 62 days ago still didn’t recived or resended.

I hope that Neal/ Lumintop make decision to resend before 180 days from payment ( Paypal proection ).
I payed on early December……

Last I heard they sent out package traces on most of these orders over the last week or 2. It generally takes at minimum 14 days to get a response and usually closer to 30 days. I am betting they are waiting on the results of the trace before resending. Although I have not asked them about this yet.

This has nothing to do with paypal and I am not dragging anything out.

The old survey was cluttered up with all sorts of issues and the vast majority of them were fixed. It was very hard to find any issues that were still “active”. So I decided to clear the list and start fresh to only get the issues that are outstanding. This was done to speed up the process, not slow it down.

It only takes a minute to fill it out.

Far as me being ashamed. I am doing the absolute best I can with what I have. I am nothing more then a middleman for a company that does not speak english naturally and trying to keep the best outcome for all parties in mind.

I agree, that a replacement should be shipped after 60 days. I was under the impression that is what they planned to do. I only learned that this did not happen for multiple people a few days ago and have not been able to get a good answer as to why yet. No one seems to know who is in charge of this side of things.

I am doing the best I can, I am on the other side of the planet from the factory, Lumintop, Neal and anything having to do with the GT.

There is a large language barrier and time barrier between me and them. I generally only get maybe an hour to talk to them at night before bed and even then that has had me getting 4-5 hours of sleep on a regular basis the last few weeks trying to sort out issues and prepare for the next rounds.

So no, I do not feel ashamed in the slightest about anything I have done with this GB. I have done everything in my power to keep this GB on track.
