I got in contact with someone at lumintop that seems to have a bit more of a handle on things and he says you can email him directly. I will give you his email address via PM.
As I suspected they are tracing the packages and working on each issues on a case by case basis depending on what the package trace returns. I have also been assured that they will get these issues taken care of as quickly as possible.
I am also giving approval to send the payment PM’s tonight, so they will go out as soon as SB has time to runt he script.

Yes, I think they had to take that section down to keep the sales from conflicting or something. Martin and Neal will have to sort that out.

I am pretty sure they filed a package trace on your order and are simply waiting for that to come back before they send another. A package trace has around a 30-40% chance of knocking something loose so this makes sense.
