It should be everyone up to ~a bit over 1400 IIRC. We had to make a few changes to make things simpler for the script and the multiple links/passwords we are using this time. The final numbers go up to a bit over 1400 I think.

Well, i always suggested to Neal to refund those who are rude towards GT team members and Lumintop if confirmed the parcels are missing and not on the way to them. But they always try to make everyone happy and say they will resend if confirmed missing. Refund or resend means Lumintop will absorb the losses, why take the risk and resend to those who were rude and donāt trust Neal or Lumintop.
When PayPal protection is very close, i suggest you request refund if you donāt trust Lumintop nor Neal. This is for peace of your mind and avoid regret later on.
Internet trade is all about trust and politeness because we donāt deal face to face.
Personally, I am sadly amazed that accusations of Neal & LT delaying or āplaying for timeā so that PayPal Protection would run out have been made by a few people.
After all the information that has been shared here about the situation & what is being done to correct it, those type statements are ridiculous as well as pathetic.
Of course it is frustrating for the few people whoās packages have encountered shipping problems. But once the package is sent Neal or LT has no more control.
For any person to make accusations aimed at Neal, LT, or Team Giggles because they are one of the unlucky few whoās package is being tracked is totally uncalled for.
Personallyā¦ā¦ I completely agree with your idea of refunding the people who have made these unwarranted statements once tracking has indeed confirmed their package is indeed lost.
There is no reason on earth LT should resend to a person that has accused them of being liars & cheats. Just refund their money and be done with them.
When Neals paypal was locked refunds and new payment were not an option but now that it is working again this is an option I am considering. The issue is that it is based on trust that the user will repay for the GT. Although for shipments that will need to be resent anyways, there is not as much risk.
I can assure you it is not a play for time. I want all of these issues fixed months ago. Heck I wanted then GB finished back in December, do you have any idea how much time this GB has taken from me over the last 6 months? I do not want ANYTHING to delay it in any way. I just want it finished.
