Kaidomain slow

Kaidomain shipped order after 10 days. I think ill find another place to buy

In my experience Kaidomain is faster than average on shipping from that side of the world.

Now I get 90% of all my lights and related parts from Kaidomain.

I,m really angry. Expensive to buy, slow to ship, 7 weeks already waiting, opened case too. Really not recommend to buy from it

The reason it takes a while is because ban makes all the orders as they are ordered and he test the products before sending them out.
So it takes time to build the items!

Kd not updating order status in user accounts more than one month. Received mail with status shipped but without any tracking info. This thing need ti be faster.

Shipping speed is not KD fail.

Ive made so many orders and i only just set up an account the other day and it took a whole day to get the verification message that my registration worked lol. I guess every thing is manual at KD so he would have to update the system per order manually.
When i order LEDs from other suppliers it takes up to a week to ship the order out because they also flow the LEDs as ordered.

Lost orders are a full separate issue. Many reason why they could get lost and its hard to track with standard postage.

Maybe ban can split ship orders if there is a major delay by default?

Yes, we will consider to split the order in the future.

Because of there is some LEDs are not in stock in sometimes. It needs to take around one to two weeks from the distributor deliver to our hands. The delayed is more serious after the Chinese New Year.

I’m pretty happy with my experience so far. My first parts order shipped pretty quickly and made it out before chineese NY hit, so I received them pretty quickly. I now have two parts orders en route, both shipped within a day or two of placing the order.

I have noticed though that for at least one of my orders, the only place I can find the tracking number is in the email notification when the package shipped. It wasn’t displayed with the order record on my account.

I’d be pretty annoyed though if I ordered something that appeared to be in stock without the listing and the shopping cart/check-out making clear that it was either back ordered, or had a substantial lead time (ie more than 2-3 business days).

Yes its very slow, I recently ordered parts that said “in stock” and after 23days I have not seen any progress to ship the items. I contacted them via email and they told me to wait another 3 days and gave me a “tracking number” to be used at en.4px.com. However when you enter a tracking number at this website and click track; you just get a DNS record error for “track.4px.com” I tried using multiple DNS servers and a few NsLookup tools and it appears that this subdomain had never had an CNAME record created, and appears to go nowhere. I am also not able to reset my password at KD either. :rage:

All around I have had a pretty bad experience for my first, and last time using them. I can understand waiting for something after it shipped, but waiting on it to be shipped seems ridiculous.
Has this happened to anyone? I guess Ill wait a few more days to see if it ever ships; than try filing for a refund. :person_facepalming:

I had the track.4px.com DNS problem, too. Strange thing is it worked just a couple of days before.

I’m not sure if this is a good thing or not, but you all are giving Ban a hard time! If GB or BG would have a thread with ‘slow’ in the tile, those threads would selectively attract posts confirming it just as well, but without a representative trying his/her best to solve all issues.

All my orders from KD arrived in 3 weeks or less. Regardless of season or year I ordered. That is all I can say.
