I am not totally sure to be honest, Pretty sure it is one of the US time zones.

It should be everyone up to ~a bit over 1400 IIRC. We had to make a few changes to make things simpler for the script and the multiple links/passwords we are using this time. The final numbers go up to a bit over 1400 I think.

So 1426 may be left out? :o

Many times I’ve got answer from Neal that He will check tracking and ask courier.
Now You give us contact to another person and the game is start from the begining.

I know that it takes time but it really looks like playing for time, the time when paypal protection will ended.
I don’t want refund, I just want My GT so please don’t writhe ” give him refund ”
It is easy to say when you have youre GT in hand……
If someone has received a GT, do not write such nonsense. Leave it for youreself.

Well, i always suggested to Neal to refund those who are rude towards GT team members and Lumintop if confirmed the parcels are missing and not on the way to them. But they always try to make everyone happy and say they will resend if confirmed missing. Refund or resend means Lumintop will absorb the losses, why take the risk and resend to those who were rude and don’t trust Neal or Lumintop.

When PayPal protection is very close, i suggest you request refund if you don’t trust Lumintop nor Neal. This is for peace of your mind and avoid regret later on.
Internet trade is all about trust and politeness because we don’t deal face to face.

Personally, I am sadly amazed that accusations of Neal & LT delaying or “playing for time” so that PayPal Protection would run out have been made by a few people.

After all the information that has been shared here about the situation & what is being done to correct it, those type statements are ridiculous as well as pathetic.

Of course it is frustrating for the few people who’s packages have encountered shipping problems. But once the package is sent Neal or LT has no more control.

For any person to make accusations aimed at Neal, LT, or Team Giggles because they are one of the unlucky few who’s package is being tracked is totally uncalled for.

Personally…… I completely agree with your idea of refunding the people who have made these unwarranted statements once tracking has indeed confirmed their package is indeed lost.

There is no reason on earth LT should resend to a person that has accused them of being liars & cheats. Just refund their money and be done with them.

When Neals paypal was locked refunds and new payment were not an option but now that it is working again this is an option I am considering. The issue is that it is based on trust that the user will repay for the GT. Although for shipments that will need to be resent anyways, there is not as much risk.

I can assure you it is not a play for time. I want all of these issues fixed months ago. Heck I wanted then GB finished back in December, do you have any idea how much time this GB has taken from me over the last 6 months? I do not want ANYTHING to delay it in any way. I just want it finished.

They have not been sent yet. And it is a PM here on BLF… not an email.

If you get a PM on BLF, you should get am email telling you that you have recieved a PM. Just like for notifications on a subscribed thread. I think that is what he meant.

It’s been a week since I sent Neal a PM asking if there was any news of the shipment the batteries and short tube.
He hasn’t answered yet.

The batteries was ones that I bought with the GT on December 2th and was not shipped with the GT.
Neal said he’d send the outstanding batteries in a package with the short tube.
This was before I bought the short tube.
Two weeks ago.

Does Neal have any problems so he can’t answer the PM?

PS. I filled out the survey a week ago with this issue.

As long as you know to have PM notification activated you certainly will get an email notifying you of the Payment PM.

The short answer to your question is yes. You are guaranteed a GT at the GB buy price.

You number 1491 puts you in the 4th Payment PM group.

TA has stated it will be at least a month before the 4th Payment PM will be sent.

So do You think I have control? Do you think that I make my packages lost on purpose ? TA has my tracking number… Check it for yourself. Packages even get destination country!

I think his point is that there is positively nothing I can do at all and even Neal and lumintop are very limited in what they can do.

All that can do is file a package trace, which they have done. They it is just a waiting game for the trace to return a result. This usually takes at least 14 days and almost all mail services given themselves 30 days to complete the trace. You can not even file an insurance claim until the trace is returned in most cases.

They are simply waiting for the results of these traces, no big conspiracy.

So if they made trace today when they get info? I have to wait 14 oraz 30 days?

You are obviously frustrated, I probably would be too; but at least it appears things are beind done to try & resolve the situation. These things take time…. that is just the way it is. The ball is in the carriers court.
