I put a EVVA Sanyo 14500 800mah protected cell in there and fried it :person_facepalming:
It started flickering and just turned off. Now even with AA eneloops it flickers like mad and turns off.
Oh, I want one. Going to wait until I move before I order.
So this has a odd driver size?

I ordered this light as well as the brass AA cube light on Friday and on Sunday morning received a notification that they had shipped. Looks like they have removed the need to provide them with anything other than an email address before checking out with paypal.

I could not help it. Not my fault. The 18500 brass beauty just had to come home to Texas. All there is to it. Case closed. 
Love my AA stainless so much I now carry it just about everywhere. Debating on either the Brass Cube or the Titanium 18650. I know that I will end up with both eventually, just can’t decide which one first.
does anyone know a way to open the head to change the led?
i suspect the pill is press fit and couldn’t work out how to change the led. The cold tint is horrible

That titanium light with the screwy pattern is quite tempting…

I ordered a month ago and still waiting it to arrive.
Also a month and still waiting. Even had to break the “only one light in the mail” rule because of this one 
I think it was about 3 weeks it took for mine to get here. Jackie may be quite busy. Seen a lot of talk on here about the lights and the giveaway he started as well. That might have pulled in a bunch more business as well. I have talked to him by email a few times. Easy to talk to and very nice. I do know that anything I order from him will come faster than anything I ever order from Ali.

Well, in my case it’s just over 6 weeks (from march 22nd). Still nothing received.
Have ordered 3 times since that date and they all arrived.
Mine shipped March 23rd. Yesterday I was asked to wait another week to see what happens.
March 26th, also still waiting.
