Hi,
I registered in the past on the flashlight’s purchase list and did not receive a response, or I received and did not see.
Can something send a link to the sale or order of the flashlight?
Thanks

No one recieves an email when they ask to be signed up for the GT. We simply add your name to the list. The group buy ended in December so if you didn’t see your name, you should speak up.

Right now I don’t see where you asked to added for a GT list. Can you give us more details or show us where you asked?

Is there any time limit for purchasing? I’m on the third batch.

Yes, May 3rd is the deadline then the passwords/links are deactivated. This is in post #1 for future reference.

Any UK GT Buyers on here that had it sent via Royal mail how long did it take I have a tracking number but it tells me invalid number
to be honest not that bothered about the tracking but an idea of how long royal mail takes from China would help calm my nerves a bit about it showing up

i emailed Neal about the wrong tracking number and he replied saying he would look into it

i guess i am just a bit nervous about it showing up with the invalid tracking number

My thanks to TA, Jason and the rest of team. This has been a rare opportunity for me that I wouldn’t have actioned, except for the group buy. Feeling very thankful for the chance to join this ride.

I’m using the BLF GT since I received it 2 months ago and it never ceases to amaze me when I’m turning it on. I’m truly thankful to the Team-Giggles and particularly to Texas-Ace for all is free time and dedication to this project on the long term.
Thanks a ton T-A and Neal !

Just to give everyone a heads up, this next week will be stupid busy for me, I have to build 30 drivers at around ~30-45 minutes each then mod ~20-25 lights which at ~1.5 hours each, you can do the math.

On top of all that I am working on the spheres and need to get those orders placed.

On top of that I am working on drivers for a few manufactures.

On top of all that the 3rd batch of the GT went live this week and I have to work on that.

On top of that I desperately need to get a new computer built for my Mom + Track down a deal for a laptop for her.

So yeah, busy week ahead and I will not have time for the long and detailed replied I normally give. I will still be around, my replies will just be much shorter and to the point.

It takes several days for the tracking number to become active if it was just shipped.

I would wait a week or so before worrying about it.

Ok, in that case wait and see what Neal finds, most likely just a copy/paste issue.

Also, I have already sent a message to the Miller so if I need to just wait I will, but I got my PM and it did not have a link or PW for the purchase. It had a spot for them, but they are blank. Anyone else run into this?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks!

Either get a 4 slot charger or a 8 slot charger.
Make sure you make 2 sets, each sets contains the 4 cells you put in series.
Mark/number them so you cant mix them up.
Charge each set as a set in a 4 slot charger. Or charge both sets if you have a 8 slot charger.

Answering questions, I didn’t get any mail information, nor tracking number. And waiting is actually over 5 months long (Paid second part on early December).
I have mailed Lumintop now, lets see Smile

The Miller is but a memory… do not expect an answer to that PM.

That was a problem with at least one group of Payment PM’s sent out. PM Texas_Ace & he will square you away. Wink

He is a bit overworked with real life and doesn’t have any time for the forums. Maybe he will return when things slow down for him.

The “best” varies from person to person. Do you need it to be cheap, or really fast, or show lots of charging info? There are many chargers out there that get the job done.

Like thijsco19 said, when you run batteries in series, like the 4 cells in a GT carrier, they need to be a matched set and stay that way. So mark them and only use them as a group. “Matched and married” as we say. Lol
