Strange that you did not get a package in Belgium. According to some people from the Team, only Poles did not get parcels so the wine is in Poland, not in any packaging, soaked parcels etc

I finally found my small screwdriver set in garage and disassembled carrier.

I also found the problem. On both carriers black plastic piece is really tight fit inside aluminium part. Spring is unable to push it up if pressed down and it’s stopping brass piece from going all the way up. Somehow on one carrier black piece was pushed down and caused problem. I pushed it up all the way now on both carriers and as I see they don’t contact anything so no chance of pushing down (only if pressed with fingers when changing cells). Brass piece now makes good contact and spring works on it.

On 11/02/2018 both te 2 packages (Head & Tube) are shipped.
A few weeks later I recieved only 1 package, the head in a terrible damaged carton box packed by the master him self…Mr.???.

The second package is never arrived and according the tracking it is still in transit.(73 days)

I think it is lost or soaked in the cargo of a large ship on it’s route to Europe.

No respons from anyone who is involved with the sell of the GT, except a standard answer via email from a guy who calls himself LEO.

Make sure it’s stays springy. Maybe you have a metal file, nail file or sand paper and can reduce the diameter of the black plastic piece a tiny bit so it never gets stuck again.

Didn’t you already ask Paypal for a full refund? One of your posts said you were waiting on the refund.

If that is true, why do you care about the battery tube? This is a bit confusing.

Luckily there are only a few people left from the first batch who have not got their light yet. These are being handled on a case by case basis.

I assume you filled out the new form that was posted on April 12? Has anyone contacted you with any info yet? Have they said they are doing a package trace?

i already contact leo from lumintop to check the package since its not moving from 11 feb, so i will wait further info from him

Are we closer to receive PM for the people on the third batch GB?

The 3rd batch went out last week, it goes up to 1425 or 1450 on the list, the final batch will be next month.

I know I am on the third batch GB but I don’t remember my number. Can you check for me? Thanks.

I will fix it when I get some free time, but for now it can work.

I am not mean, some other people are mean, they don’t answer emails….

I have not PayPal for a full refund, was just a thought of me because no one seems to care about the lost of the package (they don’t even answer me)

Glad you got your GT in time Mr Jason, if you where in my position you would probely also be very disillusioned.

Who is the bad guy…the one who payed for almost a half year and got nothing in return, or the persons who recieved my money and did there job not so well (see poor package) and even don’t answer or give a update regarding the shipment that is lost or whatever…

Sorry Mr Jason, I am a very understanding person, but they cross the limits in handling customers.
