I’ve ordered mine without battery’s to avoid any complications with shipping , but I was wondering how to order 8 x35E’s by themselves because that option seems to have gone.

Yes, Neals deals has been taken offline until the GT batch is finished.

I want another GT as I requested two originally.

How do I order mine now?

I never got an email or a message.

At least it will have a good looking Cool White 6500k LED installed as many buyers here would have wanted to have that option.

I’m sorry to yet again post about this same case. This is just only place where I get response. I have sent pm and email to Neal, filled new survey and no-one have responded.

Tube and batteries are missing. Head I received in destroyed package long time ago.

I post this again to ask is there something else to do? You guys talk about some Leo dude. Is there some public email address to him? I have never even received tracking number, so I have no clue was that package even shipped or are they now tracing this package also.

We are going in order on the list, it is everyone up you 1425 this batch and the next batch will be everyone else.

Sooooo that would mean you missed the cutoff by about 18.

That means you will be getting a PM when Group #4 goes live in May .

Next round of GTs will start with light #1426.

For this 3rd batch of lights going out will they be emailing the tracking information out? Just curious as I ordered it on 4-19-18 and I know they said about 3 weeks. Thanks

Nice for the guys who bought a GT, hope they will get them at the end….

Still it hurts to see this…knowing there are several members from the early first batch that did not recieved the GT until now.
No concrete answer or info…. except ’ we are trying to locate your pakkage’
Maybe they should solve the problems first for this persons before the new mass marketing ($$$$:money_mouth_face:

When they confirmed that the packages are lost?
How long takes to check that they have package or not.

You think they should stop everything else until they find those lights lost in shipping? Or are you saying they should be sending them new lights as well?

I think the problem list has been shrunk down to roughly 10 people that still have shipping problems/lost packages. The other 840 are fine. This means about 1.2% of the buyers still have not got their light.

There is a good chance 1.2% of the boxes you see in that picture above could get lost as well. This is just reality.

It sucks being in that small group, but how long do you want to wait before shipping out this next big batch of lights? A month? That is not very fair to these 375 people. It’s also not fair to Lumintop who need this influx of money. They can’t make a product and have it sit in a warehouse, it needs to get sold. This is how companies keep from going bankrupt. Producing and selling.

All the BLF team and the Lumintop people can do is be as fair as possible. Nothing is 100% fair, it is all a compromise.

It is also not a matter of treating “senior members” any special way. Everyone is treated the same.

I hope we can get that list of 10 people down to zero very soon.

I also think that if this was a group buy with $30 lights with free shipping, Lumintop probably wouldn’t be SO hesitant to resend a light that they thought was missing. Unfortunately these GT lights are very expensive and the shipping is also very expensive so they ARE hesitant to send out replacements until they can confirm it’s lost. I think we can all understand this. It’s quite possible some packages are just delayed.

As TA mentioned, the shipping process from China is very convoluted with them having to use forwarding companies and such. I certainly don’t understand it.

I still have faith that if the package trace shows its truly missing and not just delayed, Lumintop will send out a replacement light. They are not out to screw anyone over and they care about their customers.

I just wish the time frames were shorter and the communication better. :+1:

Yes, if the package trace comes back as a lost package they will reship them for sure (or in a rare case possibly refund if it is determined that shipping to that country is not possible).

They have already lost several thousand dollars on returned shipments, damaged / lost lights and the entire project at this point is still at a net loss for lumintop (with the latest sales it is possible they are just no breaking even).

It is pretty easy to understand why they are not just going to toss lights in the mail. That said, it is getting to the point of it being long enough for many of these people and they just need to accept they are lost and reship.
