Yeah, I am having a real hard time deciding which one I like better myself, every time I think I have decided I try the other one and I realized I have not decided lol.

Still it hurts to see this…knowing there are several members from the early first batch that did not recieved the GT until now.
No concrete answer or info…. except ’ we are trying to locate your pakkage’
Maybe they should solve the problems first for this persons before the new mass marketing ($$$$:money_mouth_face:

I think the problem list has been shrunk down to roughly 10 people that still have shipping problems/lost packages. The other 840 are fine. This means about 1.2% of the buyers still have not got their light.

There is a good chance 1.2% of the boxes you see in that picture above could get lost as well. This is just reality.

It sucks being in that small group, but how long do you want to wait before shipping out this next big batch of lights? A month? That is not very fair to these 375 people. It’s also not fair to Lumintop who need this influx of money. They can’t make a product and have it sit in a warehouse, it needs to get sold. This is how companies keep from going bankrupt. Producing and selling.

All the BLF team and the Lumintop people can do is be as fair as possible. Nothing is 100% fair, it is all a compromise.

It is also not a matter of treating “senior members” any special way. Everyone is treated the same.

I hope we can get that list of 10 people down to zero very soon.

It is very sad if you read such ill-conceived statements. LM lost only 1.2% of sent flashlights, which is presented as the way to bankruptcy of the company. Do not be funny. No company will go bankrupt by losing 1.2% of its revenues. People who have not got flashlights so far lose 100% of their money. This is over 80 times more than LM and so far no one wrote that he was sorry about it. Let’s be attacked like inferior users. Like users who want to cheat, rob LM and maybe even BLF. We are supposed to sit quietly and do not complain because LM is losing a lot of money through us !!! Larger nonsense is probably said only during election campaigns. So far, I’m losing $ 114, which is a lot of my monthly expenses. But reading the posts on the forum I’m suspected to make LM bankrupt !!!
Nobody from the Team wrote that LM was guilty wrong securing packages that someone led to the flooding of parcels which was repeatedly shown in the pictures of users who got packages. Written are opinions that the fault lies on the side of eg Polish post which lost the parcel. Someone from the Team suggested to make a list of countries to which parcels should not be sent because they are lost. Make a mistake before you write similar nonsense. Thinking does not hurt.

Private messages have not solved our problems so far so we are looking for help from the GT Team.

To the unfortunate few that are still waiting for their GT…… why do you feel the need to keep telling us about it???

We know. Everybody knows.
More posting WILL NOT help us know anything more.

• LT did not loose your lights.
• You have been told numerous times a package trace is being run on your missing packages. LT can only request this, they DO NOT control how long it takes the carrier to complete the trace. Your complaining WILL NOT speed up the process.
• You HAVE NOT “lost your money”… you are simply having to wait until the process runs it’s course. We all know that, did you forget??
• LT or anyone else IS NOT ‘out to get you and/or rob you’. Try to let that sink in.
• Sux to be you in this case…… BUT, you must wait for the process to be complete BEFORE you will get an answer about your missing package. Is this hard to understand???
• In other words…. It Is What It Is. …. NOTHING will change that until the process is complete, simple as that.

Why should they close the thread?

We are not the bad guys, gave our money and got until now nothing in return….they should ban the so called wannabe dealers in this forum ( and there are a lot)
No problem with them if they do there job right and I can save a few $/€

Best is for everyone to know what can happen and be prepared if the goods not show up after 5 months…

NO communication at all from the guys who are invoved in this $ business….

Sorry for the guys who already got there GT’s, but this is at the moment the only way to vent our problems
