Why? Are you afraid of the nasty truth of how some people are waiting for their flashlights?

We bought GT through this group buy so this is our common problem.

Private messages have not solved our problems so far so we are looking for help from the GT Team.

I already know that some people are waiting for their flashlight, which is really a bummer.
But it won’t help to clutter the thread with these kind of posts and closing the thread. Becuase it has happend like two times before.

But that just what i think. So im not going to clutter the thread even more with these posts.

I think he’s saying to take your back and forth discussion with the other Poles to PM so it doesn’t clutter up the thread.

I assume you will get a reply from someone in charge when they are able or have info.

To the unfortunate few that are still waiting for their GT…… why do you feel the need to keep telling us about it???

We know. Everybody knows.
More posting WILL NOT help us know anything more.

  • LT did not loose your lights.
  • You have been told numerous times a package trace is being run on your missing packages. LT can only request this, they DO NOT control how long it takes the carrier to complete the trace. Your complaining WILL NOT speed up the process.
  • You HAVE NOT “lost your money”… you are simply having to wait until the process runs it’s course. We all know that, did you forget??
  • LT or anyone else IS NOT ‘out to get you and/or rob you’. Try to let that sink in.
  • Sux to be you in this case…… BUT, you must wait for the process to be complete BEFORE you will get an answer about your missing package. Is this hard to understand???
  • In other words…. It Is What It Is. …. NOTHING will change that until the process is complete, simple as that. :wink:

Nicely put teacher , I would of said it in much less words but it may have come across as rude ,lol.

Why should they close the thread?

We are not the bad guys, gave our money and got until now nothing in return….they should ban the so called wannabe dealers in this forum ( and there are a lot)
No problem with them if they do there job right and I can save a few $/€

Best is for everyone to know what can happen and be prepared if the goods not show up after 5 months…

NO communication at all from the guys who are invoved in this $ business….

Sorry for the guys who already got there GT’s, but this is at the moment the only way to vent our problems

What do you feel you are “pointing out” that has not already been pointed out?

The things that have been pointed out have been answered with the action being taken to resolve the problems. When answers are available they have been & still are being given to the concerned individuals.

Have I missed something else that is concerning you?? If so, I would honestly like to know what it is.

so if paypal protection is already over and i did not receive my blf gt in case it was lost during shipping will lumintop resend another one to me along with the bag since the bag is got the same shipment and it does not change the information since 11 feb :question:

Not to worry, you will not loose your money. You will either get the GT or a refund, BLF will ensure this. If lumintop screwed people over this now, it would ruin their reputation and they know it.

They are simply (justifiably) worried that both the first GT and a replacement would show up and they would not be paid for the second one.

All of the lost lights were shipping with registered mail which does not have insurance. This is one reason they are using DHL for most orders this time.

if it only the flashlight got delayed seems possible to me but the bag for the GT that i order from neal is suffer the same problem too.
i hope it doesn’t lost during shipping :person_facepalming:
