Drivers for 10180 li-ion (AAA diameter) flashlight?

I tried posting this topic elsewhere, however got very little response, so I'm trying my luck here.

I am investigating my options on having a 10180 sized flashlight made. I would like the light to be run on a 10180 li-ion cell. Besides the mini-flupic, are there any other drivers that will work with this sized light? I am after a multi-mode driver, but failing that I would be happy with something that will put out ~15-25 lumens

Is it possible to harvest the driver from some other AAA lights, and if so which would you recommend?

2 options:

1) buy the driver if you can get one (I have seen available only on Kaidomain, but in this moment is sold out)

OR

2) purchase one of those AAA flashlight and take its driver out and install it in your 10180 flashlight:

I had a look at the various lights from dealextreme. I am worried the currenty draw would be too high for a 10180 cell. The lowest one has a 'reported' current draw of 500ma. Considering the 10180 is only 90mah, this would mean the the discharge is 5.5C! The light would not have a very good runtime either...

Forget about the kaidomain driver because is sold out forever.......

Maybe the driver of this light may help you because draws ONLY 0,7A with li-ion:

HOWEVER the multimode driver of http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.24291~r.43033281 Draws ONLY 0,15 amps in low mode. On high draws 1,1A. (both with 10440)

It's a bit silly to use a 10180 since it's a basically an expensive way to get limited results.

If size advantage is what your really want, get a photon (ramping nichia), or a fauxton (you can also get these w/ nichia).

Almost any 3x SR/LR44 light will take a 10180 as a straight replacement and much lower running costs.
