Lights lost in shipping were officially declared lost about 2 or 3 weeks ago (I can’t remember the date) and those replacement lights were shipped out last week.

I ordered mine on the 6th with the bag and cap set. I got the flashlight tues from DHL, but not the bag and cap. I emailed Neal, but never got a response. Anyone else order the bag and cap? was it shipped separately?
My last GT, ordered 19 May & shipped 25 May; should be here 30 May according to DHL text. I am betting on the 29th however. It is resting in Cincinnati, OH atm & since 00:03 today.
3 short tubes arrived today by Amazon.
It will be interesting to see is the 4 straps were able to be crammed into the GT box for the ‘fast DHL trip across the pond’. Or if they suffered the fate of snail mail…
I would add that you need to contact Neal to see about ordering it now that the sales have been closed. Tell him you were on the list, but missed the deadline.
Yes I contacted Neal back in Feb/March, he said a replacement would be sent out because the quality of mine was really bad. But this was months ago and still nothing has been sent or updated. Ive sent him one or two emails asking for updates and also filled another survey a few weeks ago and nothing in response was received.
I was in the second batch. Paid in December ’17. I only received the battery tube. The head is considered lost by the Belgium post/customs. I send numerous to Neal. The last 3 without response….

GT arrived a few months ago, totally happy with it. But, still have not received the batteries I ordered with it.
Hi, I contacted Neal about my missing batteries. He said that “the shipping company said they can ship the batteries after the May Day”. Now his last message is from one month ago. Has something happend?
Just got mine today. About an hour ago. Was waiting for the guy on the front step. Outstanding quality. Very easy to understand user manual. Way to go team giggles. Was wondering: it doesn’t matter what end the battery tube goes does it?
