It’s a problem if you’re hungry and try to eat your flashlight.

I forgot to mention I had to have the back end of my roof replaced last week because the guy that re-roofed my house 18 years ago put the wrong type of shingles on an almost flat roof. I had it replaced with a rolled roof. Luckily, my neighbor is a licensed roof and gutter guy. He only charged me $2000.00. I wish I could have spent that money on something else, but this is the unfortunate cost of owning a house.

You should have put white singles if possible.

That can lower the cost of cooling a house tremendously.

This is what we currently are doing here: replacing our titles with white ones.

I understand totally. But I don’t like the look of white roofs. These are the same shingles that the back had. I like the style of architectural shingles. I know it’s a small house, but it’s paid in full.

Seeing your shadow in the pics made me think of inspector Clouseau.

There is a hacked firmware for these babies soo they do not phone home. And you can stream to standard video players.

That’s the roofer, not me.

LOL…now prove it Inspector !

Nice lookin homestead there Glenn ! :+1:

I received these in the mail yesterday.

Right now I'm burning them in.

When I'm done with that, I'll post my findings.

Thanks my friend!

Burning in is a good thing. I’ve been an audiophile since the late 1960’s. It definately makes a improvement with amplifers, headphones, and speakers.

@atbglenn, the reason I suggested burning in these headphones is that the JVC HA S400, S500, 680 series of headphones have carbon nanotube diaphragms, confirmed under the micro scope.

This means the diaphragm membranes are much much harder than regular diaphragms, and burn in for at least 100 hours is essential to get out the full potential of the drivers.

The JVC HA S series that I mentioned before, having tested 2xHA S500s and 1xS400s, are the only headphones that I ever tested to have benefits, and huge ones at that, to actually burn-in.

Burned in and fully nodded, they challenge headphones like Audio Technical M50Xs and Senheiser HD598CS, although they are much less comfortable, and you need to mod them.

Got my Blackstone 17” propane griddle today with some accessories today. I haven’t used it yet because I’m looking for a suitable stand that will allow me to use my regular table to grill along with this new griddle.

I immediately think of Philly Cheezzz Steaks…… and heavy on the green peppers for me thank you very much…yummmmmmmmmmmmm!

Alright, I burned them in for more than the recommended 48 hours...

(I don't have anything good to compare these to except iLuv iEP322 IEMs.)

The JVC stock ear pads are atrocious, but the Brainwavz ear pads are excellent.

The sound quality is very nice, the bass is awesome, and the noise isolation is extremely good.

I'm a happy raccoon!

So far I cooked pancakes, eggs, bacon, steak, fried onions, mushrooms, and potatoes on this griddle. All I can say is WOW!!! I love this thing. Of course, I seasoned it with olive oil 4 times before I used it. The cooking surface is pretty much black now. The way it should be
Nothing sticks! Cleanup is easy peasy!
