3x 219B in series will take no more than 3,5A. 3A is the max. for highest output. If you want to use 9A then parallel is the way to go. I suggest no more than 2,5A / LED.

Scraping off the masking layer, sanding them smoothly, then positioning the LED through the entire reflow process with just enough solder to make flat and thin solder joints.
