That’s pretty nice. The name kills me though. I know everybody is making it in China now but I can’t do an all China watch. I’m not sure if you still can but a few years back you could get a Chinese tourbillion for a little under $500.
Pretty sure all the chinese “tourbillons” are just flywheels or balance wheels.
Good quality stuff can come from china if it’s not a crap replica or other low quality manufactured device.
I head the movement was pretty good for the price, I waited to get mine on sale for less than $400.
Ven, the funny thing is all of a sudden my clock has been getting a signal reliably for the past couple of weeks. I’ve owned this clock for about a year now and it almost never connected. It doesn’t make sense. I’m not complaining!

My first ever mechanical watch (date isn’t set up yet).
Replaced the cheap leather strap with a 18mm Nato.
Nice! I was about to buy a classic Komandirskie many times but I ended up with an Amphibia every time.

Nice HMT that you have. I started to look at them on ebay but apparently there are many fakes and “franken” so I’m not too confident (although they look good), plus they don’t seem to have the least water resistance?
Also I have my first Amphibia on the way
Be carefull, Amphibias are addictive! When you start looking for custom bezels, relumed hands and dials you’re on the slope.
Yes, many of the HMTs are franken / refurbished out there. This white pilot was a limited edition of 500 pieces (a project started on WUS years ago) so I knew what I was going for.

Not the prettiest watch by far, but I do like the features 
Recently bought an Amazfit Bip in black for about £37. Also got a good quality NATO style two piece strap for a measly £2 which I think looks great. All in all, a lovely little smartish watch which records my steps and activities and is brilliant for notifications as my phone is almost permanently on silent.
Xiaomi makes good stuff :+1:
