I got an AX1 today. It would be a nice light if the texture on the blue parts wasn’t uneven. Now to see if I can get a good replacement out of banggood without endlessly going around in circles.

Nightwatch is still a small player in their flashlight market, I don't expect them to manufacture in thousands like Convoy. I quite like their designs.

the driver is using a bunch of 7135 ICs, but they claim that the turbo current is 19.5A, which results in 55 ICs, too many for a small driver
i guess they are using 7135+Fet driver, but dont know what is their configuration

Price on the NA40 is listed @ an incredibly low $8.23 (NaN available), and there’s a ‘Time To Market’ section that lists ‘Summer 2018’. Must mean that the light is not for sale, yet.
