Blitzlinger and Maverick1947, have you contacted Neal about getting tracking numbers?

I did, but he hasn’t responded about a tracking number.

I last contacted on May 9th, June 15th, and now yesterday and no acknowledgement about it besides repeatedly requesting details from me.

I got lights but no bag, covers. Guess a little more patience is in order.

Mine is not fixed, but I’m waiting for replacement parts. Texas_Ace told me that pasts were sent, but I do not have any information nor tracking nr.

Have you sent Neal a PM asking for this info? It can’t hurt to ask him. Hopefully it will show up soon.

Yeah, for US customers it’s typically a 2 to 3 week wait. I think mine was 4 weeks total, because it got delayed being sent out. Once it was in the mail, it was 2 weeks delivery time like a lot of things shipped to me from China.

Other countries could take longer in the mail. You just have to be patient.

I did. In March he told me to contact Leo @ lumintop, second message not answered since 3 days. Leo also is not answering my emails.
I have my GT since 4 months and I can not use it because of shipping damage.

I purchased my bag & cap on April 19th and I’m still waiting.

I know Leo was tracking the lost packages, but I’m not sure he has anything to do with resending replace parts. I could be wrong, though.

So the message you sent 3 days ago was to Leo or Neal? I would send a second message to the other person as well.

Tejasandre and morning_wood, that is such a long time to be waiting for the bag. I don’t know if Neal has tracking on these items or not, but I would definitely PM him to find out.

The faster we can complete this GB the better. All these delays are not cool. Lol.

No, I was saying if you sent a PM to Neal 3 days ago, then you should try sending a message to Leo now.

I sent a message to Neal to check up on these issues but have not heard back yet.

The last thing I heard from him was that he suspected the China government was making it even harder to access the outside world and the only way he could even contact me was using a VPN. Everything worked fine with the VPN but nothing without it.

I have not heard anything since, so not sure what is going on, it has only been a few days so I am not worried but guessing he is having to find another way around the system.

Leo didn’t answer my 3 emails in a row, what makes you think he gonna answer now? Sent anyway.

For those waiting many weeks for the bag or cap, Madmax has an email address to Neal you can use.

Maybe this is more likely to get a response from him?

I sent a PM to Neal and received a reply. He said that the new shipping company lost it and he will resend it today.

I looked over on hMadmax’s bag and cap thread and saw quite a few instances of lost shipments. So he went to a new shipping company and it got lost. I bet that’s what happened to several people here that have been waiting over 4 weeks for it.
