I ordered 8 x35Eās before I ordered my gt , I havnt got them yet & I didnāt use the contact form because I bought them separate (on neals deals) , Iām using 30Qās now so Iāll probly just ask for a refund , but Iāll be happy to get the batteries instead of a refund , Iāll see what Neal says.
Make sure to send them an email explaining your situation along with whatever info you have such as order numbers, etcā¦ Iām hoping they will get these last issues sorted quickly.
I talked to Neal and he said that all of the Bag and Cap issues should be dealt with now and that there is not much he can do about the GTās at this point.
Hey TA, do you know if there is a specific person at Lumintop dealing with the GT related issues?
If you talk to Neal, can you ask him if the page 1 Outstanding Issues Survey and the GT related tracking numbers were passed along to Lumintop? (Iāll try to contact him myself)
Iām still not positive we have the correct email since it came from a forum member. It would be nice to get confirmation itās correct.
