Yeah it’s going to need some current boost or driver swap to really shine.

It got shipped out today. Looking forward to this one, but there has never been a flashlight I wasn't looking forward to. I even
get a kick out of a $1.20 uv flashlight that I ordered from fin's links a few days ago.
Does anyone know if the output drop is time or temperature controlled?
temperature step-down
55°C
Thanks, the temp sensor should be on the driver then, because the mcpcb only has power leads. I’m not a driver expert but I think it is integrated in the IC. Just wondering if there’s a way to isolate or deactivate the temp sensor, allowing it to run full power.
I got my dark green MT70 Plus today. What a beautiful looking light! A little disappointed when trying to put batteries in only to find that the battery tube was empty, no battery cage inside lol. Luckily my MF02 uses the same cage so did a quick wall test and I think I got lucky with the tint. No green or blue, just a solid wall of bright light. Need to try it tonight when I am back, but it sure is bright. If it's this bright in the daytime, I wonder how it's going to look tonight.

Thanks GOD you have an extra carrier from other light… I got 6230 lumen on my mf04s cw using Sony vtc5d.
Even though it's a Mateminco brand, it must be identical to the MF04 Plus as the cage fits 100% and Mateminco makes the MF02 anyways. It seemed really bright but I was using the Protected Keeppower GA's. Going to try them tonight with the 30Q's and see if I notice any difference.
It's a good looking light with a flawless reflector. No blemishes at all, no dust, it looks incredible. I really wasn't expecting
the light to look this good. I swapped the battery tube to a black one as I had a spare. In real, it looks much more
balanced and rugged with the tube color matching the bezel.
Another thing I like is the new power button breathing light is lit up on both sides now.
Awesome!
Looks amazing. Too bad they don’t have a battery tube extender for 8 cells like the GT.
I wonder if they would consider making one? Not sure it would work without modding the driver though.
Update: After talking with them, they may consider a long tube with two battery cages running 4P each.
Would be a nice option if they could make it happen.
BTW, here is another pic.
