We do still have to establish a name/model for it still as the name BLF LT with the current design resembles the GT to closely, and because its a different factory that is working on the Lantern than the GT, ( Sofirn factory for the lantern where the GT was built in the Lumintop factory & a different place)
Should we put up a list of name ideas & vote on them?*

Great that they started on the lantern. Let’s see if they can do magic on it and with clever ideas make it even better than the prototype!
Ahead of a poll: I like “BLF Lantern” (if ever a new version is made people will be inventive enough to think of a follow-up name)

If you look at DBSAR’s post, the bold portion implies that a different name is desired, which is why I asked for clarification:

Barry suggested some changes to the name & logo if possible as it is closely resembles the logo on the GT which was done by Lumintop ( a different factory than the Q8 and lantern projects.

I see, I missed that. Well, at least I hope that the lantern pic makes it into the design, I liked that.
There should’nt be a problem using LT unless GT has a patent on the “T” :disappointed: …… Thinking it would be a problem is just more PC BS run amuck!
I think its more the shape of the logo border & design that resembles the GT one.
I think we should see if the guy who made the logo (can’t recall his username) could make some revisions. I liked it most out of all the names that have been pitched.
