GT mini~reflash the latest firmware~

The DQG 26650 7x xpg had a different button style that was taller and was not soldered at the front bottom of the switch. You could get more leverage on it and the solder points made it weaker. Even so, only a few got pushed over. Mine never did. Here is a pic.

This Lumintop button is lower so there is less leverage. Plus you can see the solder points at the front bottom corners. This should make it less prone to bending backwards.

Overall, I don’t think there is any cause for concern.

Texas_Ace measured it at 1200 lumen before taking it apart to swap the emitter. So it lives up to the rating. Of course, we might get more out of it by bypassing the springs.

All I can really say is that y’all KNOW mine won’t be making 1200 lumens. Not after the first hour in this house it won’t.

My is ordered

When can we expect it to start shipping?

Shipping start this upcoming week…

Got my refund
Enjoy your GT minis guys

Or maybe, just a simple mistake.

Yeah whatever.
I was just replying to mortuus

EDIT : oh, and if it was just a mistake because the user manual was copied from the GT… How do you explain the “17W 4,5A” part ? I doubt that the GT is only 17W…

ah okay i understand X3.

Yep, your right; whatever. Lie or mistake we will never know for sure. All we know for sure now is…… it is what it is.

I have no explanation at all for the ” “17W 4,5A” part”. I’m just going with the mistake story rather than the liar one. :+1:

I guess
This is a problem with the internal work of Lumintop
This user manual is probably not written by LUMINTOP. (?)
Just like GT, it is written by BLF members.

When Lumintop is getting stronger and stronger
The organization and division of labor within the company should be more detailed.

Yeah I quite know how they work… I’ve done some translation for them, user manuals mostly.
They kept promise me a GT for review… I’ve never got it. And of course, I never had other models to review since this. Basically I worked for free.
Yet I trusted them once more for the GT mini…

I don’t know why it doesn’t work, I’ve been doing this for Olight For 3 years now, never had a problem.

“Worked for free…”
Interesting, the definition of work must be eluding me. And here all this time I thought it was mattaus, wight, comychair, warhawk, toykeeper, rmm, del and their like that were doing all the heavy lifting around here…

back to topic please ;)

ah, yes, a lot of people on BLF got us to this point, love it! Much aprc8ted
