Anti-Reflective Coating

Is it right that Anti-Reflective Coating has a hazy effect when looking at the lens on the light when turned on?

As the Romisen RC-N3 II(Given by fishinfool) and some other light that I own have this effect

Can do. If looked at when unlit, it ought to give the same sort of effect as a camera lens.

When I look at it when unlit it's clear. Looks like any other lens.Which light do you have that have this coating?

Unfortunately none with me. You can usually reveal coatings by strongly lighting them at a shallow angle. I bought some coated Mag lenses a while back.

If the glass appears not to be there when looking straight through it, it is probably coated.
