I’ve been using a 120vac one to power a Ts100 soldering iron. Its rated for 100-240v so its probably the same unit with a different plug. It seems nice enough but I have not load tested it or put it on a scope.
Probably been plugged in and powered up about 30 times. It has not fried the soldering iron, burst into flames or killed me. For the price that’s all I ask.
Thanks for the input in the PSU. I’m still wondering whether I should buy it….
I have a better PSU, but it is much larger and has loud active cooling, so this would only be a convenience purchase.
I need 3A 24V for TS100, but I do want the 3A to be delivered….
