Were you able to get the magnet tail cap from mtn? I ordered from intl-outdoor and mine shows shipped as of today. I paid $2 for tracking but haven’t been provided a tracking # yet.

It’s epacket, usually 12ish days in my experience but customs can hang things up longer if they want it to.

My last two orders from Intl took about 2-3 weeks. The firs time I ordered from them took exactly a month. Mtn delivers faster if they have it in stock since they are in the US. Also if you buy from MTN, both Richard and Hank gets our support. With that said, I also ordered from Intl on day one because I was too excited.

But is Richard getting his allotment of D4S’s prior to intl-outdoors shipping out all of the regular orders?
I figured Richard would get his D4S’s at nearly the same time everyone else did. Maybe a day sooner since he is a VIP in the flashlight world and all
It wouldn’t be the first time RMM’s customers got an Emisar product before Hank’s international customers. At least this time there shouldn’t be any need to do immediate bugfixes and a re-launch. The first D4 release was not the smoothest thing ever.
I got a $8.90USD refund from Hank, he ran out of batteries?

Mine is shipped without refund from battery. Maybe there are problems with sending batteries to Australia

It says on his website, under shipping, that he can’t ship them to Canada and Australia and will refund them instead.

Better remind them to put a few tie straps on it or one big wave and your D4S might end up testing the limits of the IPX rating.

OK!! Mine’s on the way!

ToyKeeper:
I finally got time to mod my D4S a little. I swapped in the prototype’s MCPCB so it’s now a 3A tint instead of 1A, and I tried out the flashing vias. I can confirm it works, but you may need to hold it very still during flashing or place it on a table and not touch it. I just used some solid-core wire I had laying around which was small enough to fit into the vias. I think it was 24awg or 26awg.
So now instead of ~6500K with RampingIOS V3, it’s ~5100K with Anduril. And I didn’t have to take the driver out.
I still don’t have a good 26650 cell though, so I don’t know what the peak output is. It’s difficult to measure that many lumens anyway.
I think flashing pads with a pogo pin adapter is a better solution, only viases for the alignment pogo pins
I have started to put those slowly to my new driver designs
Oshpark 2Oz are 0.8mm thin, this should be enough
on chineese fab on panel I would go to 0.6mm
also made a programming adapter for my future drivers
same order in 2 Oz!
Fits those pogo pins from banggood
