Yeah I know, I recall a couple others saying their bezels weren’t glued. Mine had so much glue that some must’ve dripped down the head of the light due to how hot the box got in transit cause it was all over. A bit excessive lol

Mine was not glued, or so little that I failed noticing it. It did have faulty switching though (light fails to respond to switching action most of the times). I’m in the process of finding out if it is the switch itself or some connection (Neal asked about that). Also in the process of finding out how Neal is going to make it right (as CvonP in the other thread already mentioned about his GTmini without switch cover: “I did not buy a DIY flashlight”).

The Mini has arrived in the swamp—-WOW—Nice Little light——mine seems to be working perfectly— I purchased the warm/neutral tint—doesn’t appear to be quite as warm as the GT at a glance comparison—Holster is very nice,just a little too big—I have something that will fit better I’m sure

Very cute!

Anduril’s candlelight mode may be a reason for me to learn to flash drivers at some point.

That bright purple lanyard gets in the way, but it’s nice to have the little thing attached to your wrist when walking the trash can down to the road. lol

I set the “lantern” on the corner of the bathtub and without my glasses on the scene really appears like a mountain range at sunset with a field of flowers in front of it, makes me feel like I’m skinnydippin in a stream… hahahahaha

I really like the mini in it’s ultimate miniature form, cute as all get out and still a pretty intense thrower. Somewhat easier to carry than it’s big brother was, for sure.

Did your tracking work my friend. Mine (and several other peoples) are still showing sitting in China. Last tracking update 3 August.

About 3 days ago it tracked ( leaving Queens,NY to next destination) This morning it showed arrived in BR—- I thought sure you’d be getting yours today also

My latest tracking still shows what I have copied & pasted below. Look closely at it. Focus on the date & time.
I wish someone could explain to me how on the same day, as well as the exact hour & minute; these two seperate & completely different events occurred…

Maybe it is caught in a never ending loop…… .

Mine’s still sitting in Guangzhou. Since 8/2. No further movement. Not received today. USPS actually removed it from my informed delivery, since it had been 14 days since last update. Wouldn’t allow me to add it back.

Ordered my mini gt last week, and banggood shipped out the light yesterday with tracking number..

This little light is very impressive—- throw is about 25% more than my XTin C8 dedomed 1A running 7.5 amps —- one meter has it at 143k / 10m—the other Dr meter has it at 152k / 10m around 1160 lumen with a VTC6 in my version of light tube

But for now I will just have to live my ‘Mini GT Life’ vicariously through the post & beamshots of others. While mine either continues to sit on some dock on a bay in China or continues to fly around the world aimlessly looking for it’s new home.

Only time will tell the final outcome, cause if past tracking is any indication of forward progress….. we might as well flip a coin. . ..

Thanks…. I am not going to lose hope. Hope springs eternal….. I am gonna just keep joking around till it finds it’s way to me. But… I am not gonna hold my breath (I’d probably turn blue & pass out. ) and I am gonna keep my fingers crossed.

I think Martin said Neal was traveling and contact was more difficult. I would also PM him. It could take a week or more depending on the situation. You can’t expect a quick response.

Someone contacted me regarding my GT Mini didn’t work completely, so my problem is in working progress, I have a confident my issue will resolve soon. Just hoping I can play with my GT Mini soon.
