Quick report… mine came in today. Really like the light, really do not like Banggood. No padding in the box and the bubble wrap had no aired up bubbles. I ended up with a dinged heat fin that hit hard enough to damage the anno. Also, the blue is much darker, more of a midnight blue than a royal blue. I was really looking forward to the royal blue.
I was playing with mine while outside cooking tonight. I love the powerful beam. Mine is HD and it still has quite a throw. The UI may not have all the whistles and bells but simple has it’s virtues too.
The midnight or navy blue was the original color Haikelite first showed off. Depending on the ambient light and the camera, it can look royal or even lighter blue.
