Got some 6x optics, problem with 7x ANNA is that central optics must be shorted by few mm by drilling or similar tools to make room for wires.
Also yesterday tried this C8 with DD on high option enabled, just to see what is max. practical output.
Luxmeter with CC @18A showed 380lux at start, with DD on high enabled output increased to 450lux at start, or about 6000lm OTF. Not bad for 90CRI.
This means max. current is about ~24-25A with VTC5A. Light heats up noticeably faster vs. CC @18A.
Hopefully I can mod your parts for Manta Ray C8.2.
I am waiting for some parts in your shop, such as Luxeon V 90CRI, C8 Spacer, possibly fitting Momentary Tailcap-Switch and so on.

You mean Luxeon MZ 90CRI? Luxeon V is still not released in 90CRI.
For now I will only have spacers and tailcaps for Convoy C8 and EE X6, next possible candidate is Sofirn C8F 21700 host.

I will offer 6x ANNA within C8 DIY kits for now, I have limited number of them. Price of spacer is yet to be determined, I will have first batch this week.

Ok, wasn’t sure since that is not exactly the same driver.
But then I guess my A is A in the datasheet (LED +). My B is S in the datasheet (LED - ). My C is G in the datasheet (gate) like I thought.

Hm, I didn't mention any e-switch driver for C8F? Do you mean subZero FET switch for C8 (which uses e-switch)?

Depends on what you want, max. output light, or light for general use, so max. current can be anywhere from 3Amp to 15Amps. 12Amps looks like sweet spot for hot rods.

Sorry if I mixed something up here. I assumed there is a LD4 driver planned with e-switch firmware on it to work with the C8F.
