Hopefully it’s not this thing. PL47-21700. Will be interested if not a right angled headlamp. Not interested having a large turbo blaster strapped to my forehead.

FWIW, the firmware on this is still TBD (to be determined). Fireflies wants something like NarsilM, but simpler, and they asked me to make it. I’ll know more after a prototype arrives.
I’m also a little confused about the concept of a quad-emitter 21700 headlamp. It seems too big and too hot to wear on one’s head. But maybe it’ll make more sense after I see it. Or, looking at the picture, maybe it’s not intended for use as a headlamp. It looks like it’d clip nicely onto the side of my purse though.
Wow. Interested! Is it a Lexel driver? 219B 4500k 9080?

Nothing posted says “headlamp” the picture further up is speculation at this point. Or… do you know something not posted…?

I’m REALLY hoping it doesn’t turn out looking like that pic of a periscope in disguise. Something more akin to a 21700 219b D4 would be ideal, but as long as it has 219b sw45k 9080 in it I’ll probably still buy one.
I don’t have a lot of details yet, but I think it’s a Lexel driver and I think it has front-facing aux LEDs of some sort. Lexel said something about making a PL47 aux LED board, which has fancy stuff on it. Looks like it has multiple colors and some sort of chip to possibly control it, but the only connection to the main driver is a + and – pad so I don’t think the main driver can control the colors.
I think maybe the button lights up too, but I’m not sure.
The only host pic I’ve seen is the one a few posts up in this thread. As far as I can tell, that is a render of the PL47.
For the most part, I’m just making guesses based on what little information I’ve been able to find.
Interested. Especially after all of the great reviews I heard about the ROT66.
