I donāt really care about changing the pads unless theyāre really uncomfortable, in which case Iād probably not get the earmuffs in the first place.
Wish I knew wotnahell I did with my Senns. Those I could wear all day and not even feel āem.
The Honda EU2200 came today. I put oil in it. Havenāt tested it yet because I have to get fresh gas. Iāve got 1 year old fuel around. I donāt want to mess with that in a brand new generator. Iām sure itās going to be a winner.
Running it for 60 minutes with a 200 watt load attached. Itās weird that the manual says nothing about break-in. They should have said itās not needed. Anyway, itās smooth running and very quiet.
Iāve been looking at Generac whole house generators, but they cost around 6 or 7 thousand dollars installed. I have natural gas, so that would be the ultimate setup for me. Maybe in the next year or so. In the meantime, this will power my fridge, gas heat, and a few LED light bulbs in case of a long-term power outage.
I bought the spinner to play with for 5 minutes, then I will pass it off to my neighborās 5 year old son. Iām sure heāll get a kick out of it. If I really like it, then Iāll buy the better model for myself.
Iāve gotten to really like Senns. They do have the āveilā, which at first I thought I couldnāt get used to, but for long-term listening, itās quite effective.
āBrightā earmuffs sound great at first, crispānāclear, but can grate after a while. Slightly subdued treble like Senns are (in)famous for, I can listen to all day.
Well, on the fidget spinner front, my friend bought this Atesson for me so it was free to me, then I spent $27 on Tungsten weights and bought a top of the line premium grade ceramic hybrid bearing for a ludicrous $43! The tungsten weights are supposed to net 3x longer run times, the bearing, well, donāt know. Better be good for the price, right?
I was just gonna tell my buddy about these fantastic run times Iām getting and not say anything about the expense Iāve gone to in order to get there, but I couldnāt bring myself to do it. I told him about the upgrade parts that should start arriving tomorrow. lol
Those look really nice. I may order them. I already have several mid range headphones and a couple of headphones amps connected to different sources. Iāve been into audio since the 1960ās. This is what I have at the present time:
Headphones
Denon D2000
Beyer Dynamics DT770 Pro 250 ohm
Tascam TH-02
Sony MDR-V6
Sennheiser PX100
