All shipped! :+1:

maukka,

If these are still available I would like to purchase a set. Please let me know if you are still offering these. Thank you.

Jeff

Yeah, I have a couple of sets ready to ship immediately. Will PM you.

maukka,

Thanks. I have sent money via PayPal and returned your PM with the info you requested. Thanks for letting me have a set of these.

Jeff

Hi maukka,

I would like to order one calibration set. I hope you still offering these. Please contact me. Thanks!

Kasper

Yes, one set left for now. Takes a week for me to prepare more after this. PM sent.

Hi Maukka,

I’d be keen on a kit shipped to New Zealand. Just received Texas’s PVC Lumen Tube and would like to compare readings.

Sure thing. I’m out of measured sets, but I’ll probably have some ready next weekend and will PM you then.

Awesome, thank you. No hurry

Will different 18650’s effect the calibrated reading? I’d be using the 30Q, NCR18650B or NCR18650GA. Should they read the same on Med?

There’s no difference between different batteries, since the S2+ uses current regulators at a very undemanding level.

Hi Maukka, I’m in for one set.

These have been shipped now.

Great, thanks Maukka

You okay in there

edit: doesn’t seem to be close to Bali

Yes, I’m okay. Thanks for checking Maukka. We’re in alert mode and stay away from the river and shoreline. Sulawesi shares the same tectonic plate with Bali.

Hi !

Not sure how PM work here ;-) so i prefer to double : I'd like to have a lights kit (you have a PM)

I was able to use maukka's calibration light with the Texas Ace Calibrated Lumen Tube in a review

HERE

Hi Maukka,

I was wondering something. When you use your sphere to test flashlights do you put them on that post in the center of it or do you shine them in thought a hole on the outside? Also does your sphere have a baffle that prevents light from hitting the sensor directly? If yes do you have a picture? Thanks

I use the side input port with an additional diffuser. The post inside the sphere is for omnidirectional light sources such as LED/incan bulbs. There’s a baffle between the light source and sensor port.

Ok, thanks. When you put it in from the side is the flashlight butting up against the added diffuser or a piece of glass to make the insertion depth the same each time? Or does that even matter?
