Official specifications:

The standard alkaline AA cell in America from Panasonic.











Fairly normal alkaline discharge curves.











Conclusion

These cells are best at high current and not as good at low current, but it is not a huge difference to other brands.

My unofficial reference is the Duraell Plus Power

At 100mA down to 1V it can deliver about 2400mA, Panasonic can deliver about 2200mA
At 10mA down to 1V it can deliver about 2800mA, Panasonic can deliver about 2500mA

In Canada, these cells are about 1/3 of the price of Duracell. They are among the best deal for alkaline.
