when you try and select more then one on AZUS it “alerts” and says “due to limited supply by seller, limit one light per perchance” but you can buy as many as you want, just one at a time, and once you use a code, ANY code, you can not use a code again for that listing.

About the question if the group buy is finished for all the sources (aliexpress, AmazonUS and AmazonDE) : yes, it is finished for all of them, but “we don’t accept new interest for that price publicly. We may accept via PM or email according to our inventory”.

Never got a code. Looks like my preference for Amazon US didn’t make it to the list.
This is probably a good excuse not to spend $40 on a third Q8 when I haven’t even figured out what to do with the second

The code is SUPPOSED to be coming from Sofirn, so any external codes are technically bogus and a breech of the sign up for this group buy. Just saying…
To clarify, it is a code I received from Sofirn via PM that has not been used. Not bogus. Just passing on what I'm not using.

I bought one on AliExpress and I bought the one I got the code for on Amazon. Interestingly enough the one from Amazon isn’t going to ship for a week or more, in spite of having Prime. Supposedly it will be here by Oct 2nd. Thought that was odd. Additional components I ordered simultaneously will be here Monday.
That does seem strange. I ordered mine Friday the 21st., it shipped today, and is supposed to be here Tuesday the 25th.
And that is just regular FREE shipping…. no PRIME.
There were more Amazon US interested people on the list than the 50 flashlights that Sofirn had shipped to the USA initially, so there must be some people who do not get one immediately I guess.

fluke, this Sofirn Q8 comes with cool white emitters, it’s what it’s all about… 
(perhaps you are wanting to also upgrade a BLF Q8, you could ask Tracey at Sofirn if they will sell you the MCPCB populated with these emitters, she will probably find a way…)
