I forget and I just went to look at my past orders and they are all deleted, they don’t want that stuff laying round I guess.
Also just noticed my order from yesterday say “back ordered” well that’s BS because they are now selling them on the other page, I guess it dawned on them just how stupid it was to throw in a $13 cell with a $15 light so now they’ll claim it’s back ordered.
I’m going to cancel the one and order from the other page without the cell, they claimed there was nearly a 100 of them in stock, but they are notorious liars as well.
Edit: Went to cancel and the pop up said I can’t, oh well BS on that and I’ve had hundreds of fights with BG and haven’t lost yet, I will contact PP in a second and let them know of the fraud they are pulling.
Is it you bought it earlier than yesterday but didn’t pay until yesterday?
BG does not handle customization on orders to put one 26650 in those without cell, I think they just follow SKU numbers and ship out from warehouses.
I was looking at that light for a long time. In EU warehouse the light was 27$ and with cell 32$ but it was not the killer price. But now :partying_face: could not resist (i have to stop buying flashlights that i do not need!!!). To bad that i missed the one with the battery!
But this light was really missing in my Aspheric collection. UF1504, Cometa/Z1, 1508-50/75 . . . . some smaller builds with max 20mm fixed lens.

Hey mate I’m not sure but apparently they where fixed when the group buy was on as we where told by banggood. I have one of the original cometas not fixed and mine was okay. But either way its an easy diy fix.
Dedoming a XPG2 is super easy just leave it in petrol for a few hours and the dome will fall off. My cometa out throws my B158.

Same here I guess they don’t want to send with 26650 cell so they hold the light and wait for us to cancel it by the refund menu in the order detail , then create a new page to sell light without 26650 cell.
Settle down people! They sent mine today with the 26650 included and even shipped some 18650s with the light as well.
When did you order ? Mine was on 20 Sep but still processing even through “ship in 24 hr” when order.

Mine took slightly more than 24hr from processing to shipped.
Yea i ordered mine on the 21st but it could have been the 20th USA time. Just shipped a few hours ago.

Those two pages I linked to were the original pages from 2016 during the GB, one with cell and one without.
When they lowered the price dramatically they should have removed the free cells since they now cost as much as the light and they will most likely be trying to get out of sending the cells, they are losing a lot of money, but BG can be as dumb as a box of rocks at times, or so I’ve noticed…
Wholesale price the cells will be worth like 3 or 4 USD max.
Hadn’t thought down those lines and you’re right but those Chinese are very cheap and that’s a lot of money to them, I bet this thread alone has bought every light they sold so far since lowering the price like that, but I still think that they forgot about the free cell on that one page I linked, those two pages have always been there since the GB, but beats me, sure hope they stand up and ship the ordered lights.
It really must have been a mind bender to suddenly see the sale of the Cometa go off the scale like it did in the last 24 hrs. Bet they know who would have bought them all as well, it’s those same BLFers who came up with all the fixes to this messed up light… ha ha, it’s a heck of a deal.
