I just went to Fenix Official website , and saw the New Fenix TK50 .

This is exactly what Maglite must do.. a good big flashlight with infinite runtime

New D cell Mags are already coming equipped with Cree xpe. BF deals were $15.00 at Lowes. I could buy 10 of these for the price of one Fenix. Guess which one I would buy? ;)

You are right with that, but maglites have problems with heatsinking, as they are made for bulbs, and those xpe will never be able to throw 225lumens like this fenix..

Believe me I wont buy the fenix, but maglites are pretty expensive in my country.. they cost more than 50usd the bulb ones, and the newer with leds, more than 90usd.. they are f*cking crazy
