That's Japanese man, and you guys are replying in Chinese. LOL!

Gotta love how google translate messes everything up! Note to self, always translate what was translated to another language back to english to make sure it was right.

And they saw it while, F'ing F and his Hermes handbags!

LOL! That was supposed to be "While they are at it, F Hermes and his F'ing handbags!"

Beauty of make-up, they all look the same... hmmm....

The big picture

You got me 2100.

I love the tune in that video. Wish I knew the name.

I thought I'd snap a couple of photos to see which was better. It's almost to close to call due to the Dry's NW and the

Ultrafire T70's cooler tint. But I think the Dry has a few lumens on the T70.

Mouse Over for comparison. First photo is the Dry, second is Ultrafire T70.

Looks pretty close, Richie. Thanks for sharing.

I would say the SkyRay wins in aesthetics, although I would probably lean towards the DRY if it didn't have that crenelated bezel. I actually prefer the understated design yet it still has enough characteristics to set it apart.

I can see that the T70 has a teeny weeny more lux than the DRY. But then the DRY is NW (is it T6 3C?). But the hotspot of the T70 is smaller, naturally so due to the slight bigger head diameter of the T70.

I'll try and get a better mouse-over photo tonight. I didn't realize the swivel on the tripod wasn't locked, thus the difference in the photos. But I think you're right. Hard to believe this DRY is driven at 4.05a on Turbo compared to the Ultrafire UF-T70's 2.45a on high, and the Ultrafire pulled slightly ahead. Says a lot about the Ultrafire for sure and is no sloutch. Naturally superior color rendition goes to the DRY. Both of these torches are winners in my book and I'm very happy to own both.

2.5A vs 4A, current increased by 60% and the brightness increases only by 22.5%. Even 22.5% increase in brightness is not going to make an visual impact at the level of output of these two flashlights.

tint sure does though

Don't get me wrong, I love the DRY and the color rendition is great. I felt the dry was putting out slightly more lumens because it appeared to me it had a bit more spill whereas the Ultrafire appeared to be putting more out in the hotspot. With the Dry pushing past 4.05a, it seems, at least in the NW version, to much power is being wasted as heat.

The Dry's reflector seems identical to my Skyray 3xT6 3800 (rev o), so a bit smaller than the UF-T70. Both these torches should be on everyone's short list to have with the Ultrafire having the superior build quality for just a little more money.

Here's my DRY all gripped out. I didn't want the skateboard-type sand paper stuff. I used some of my gray textured vinyl non-skid strips for a contrasting look. It's more comfortable to hold than the gritty stuff. One .44" wide by 2" long piece on each of the three recessed areas. This stuffs expensive, but had some left over from another project.
