No, you can only measure (up to 50,000) lux but you can estimate lumens with a regression formula. I just got a new light and will post some readings and how to do this soon.
Light integration spheres are required to measure lumens and they cost thousands of dollars. Only large testing companies have them for the most part.
People make “light boxes” to try to get around this limitation. I don’t know how well they work but might work OK in a relative manner (comparing two lights for example).
Other than measuring many people just use the emitter data sheet and measure current and estimate output.
