Hey. is there any project of the nanjg 105D driver somewhere available ??

Hello and welcome in BLF!

What do you want to make with it? What do you need?
If you want a 105D, you have to buy a 105D or 105C
Here in BLF are some similar drivers with similar Layout to the 105D which has more output channels, e.g. for some AMC7135 chips for regulated current and for a FET for unregulated maximum output.
Look at this topics for examle:

I would like to make a few flashlights for myself and my family, based just on nanjg 105D. That’s why I’m looking for a 105D tile design without FET. based on 6-8 AMC

Look e.g. here:

Convoy-Shop on Aliexpress: driver - Shop Cheap driver from China driver Suppliers at Convoy flashlight Store on Aliexpress.com

They have very similar drivers. Some are an upgrade to the 105D. The 105C is the same as the 105D but with aditional stars for some options.

A good driver is e.g. this: https://www.aliexpress.com/store/product/7135x3-7135x4-7135x6-7135x8-with-new-firmware/330416_32734523412.html?spm=2114.12010612.8148356.8.5bb73cf1I0IKuV

Is this something okay under 105D?

Yes. But remember that this driver is adapted to support 2 channels. If you use np biscotti firmware, in 100% mode you will have 7amc active instead of 8.

One of these will work like nanjg 105D ??

  3. OSH Park ~

The first is the same as what you mentioned earlier.
The second one is adapted to 2S power.
The third one maybe it is nanjg, but it looks terrible to me. I would be afraid to use it.

If you wait until tomorrow I will give you nanjg 105c/d.
But without stencil.

Edit.
HarleyQuin has already make a good PCB. It’s 17.6mm so you’ll probably have to regrind. It looks very good to me. But do not solderd all AMC. 2 pads must be left empty. Just like a pad under OTC.

Thank you very much,
I’ll wait until tomorrow

This is a great driver, all I use anymore for 17mm 7135 drivers!
I run BLF A6 and bistro FW but it would be just fine on biscotti, if loosing that last 350mA concerns you just bridge MCU pins 5 and 6 (after programming).

:person_facepalming: Why didn’t I think about it…

I would like it to work like this, so I am looking for a tile design

Driver

Edit drivers are tested and running in multiple lights. They work great

Couple new FET+1 drivers I’ve shared:

21mm on board e-switch and 5mm AUX LED

designed specifically for an ultrafire AT-008 but if you leave off the switch and 5mm LED its a standard size (actually the switch placement should work in several other lights too, just the 5mm LED is unique)

“17mm FET+1 v2 (first version rendered right but wernt fabbed right, that’s fixed now)

Probably even less use for this one since it uses a switch daughter board but again, if you wire your own switch it is a standard size.

Both use the GT_Mini target for building FW (the 17mm Sc02 can also use the D4 target since it doesn’t have an AUX LED).

only here is under one AMC, would you give advice so that you can handle up to 8 AMC? as it is in convoy s2/s2+

Maybe is emisar d1 driver somwhere?

Big Thanks to ” Cereal_killer”:http://budgetlightforum.com/user/8679 !
Helped me with 29mm and 30mm contact boards.
Original quote from here:

Thank you Rufusbduck for this thread. I’ve been looking for 10mm drivers and it let me found notably more than I thought was available.

Pretty old thread, but used to be quite active and was the central main thread for our BLF drivers. Lots of famous names here...

Yep. Couldn’t agree more Tom E.
