His registrar should have sent notice, but maybe Jackie missed the email. According to ICANN rules:
Once your domain has expired, it will be in Auto-Renew Grace Period (for 0-45 days), followed by a 30-day Redemption Grace Period. At the end of the Redemption Grace Period, you will not be able to renew your domain name. Your domain name will be released for registration by third parties.
So, he still has 75 days to renew his enogear.com domain name registration. Hope he chooses to do so - quickly.
I ordered the Enogear AA Stainless and paid Pay Pal back on July 8, 2018. On August 24 after not receiving light yet I contacted Enogear.张素娟 ff-light@hotmail.com responded to my request for update. I was told light was most likely lost and another shipment would be sent. It is now over 9 weeks since then and again no light received.
Well, I’m really disappointed in Enogear and their lack of response. I’m now at 61 days since my order supposedly shipped and am still waiting for my SS AA/14500 to arrive. I’ve sent Jackie 2 emails in the last week, and he has not responded to them. With the domain registration expired, I wonder if Enogear has folded. Right now, I’d definitely say buyer beware if contemplating ordering anything from Enogear, that is if they ever get their website up again. When I just tried to access it, I got redirected to yellowtopia.com. At this point I’d be very surprised if I ever receive my order, but I’ll continue to hang on for another week or two before trying the PayPal dispute route. Not sure how that would even work now if Enogear is actually gone. Glad it was only $14.90.
Nowbody has something against being busy. But customers remember if they are ignored/disregarded although they spend their money.
Like i said before, their lights look sweet and it seems they are very well build. But problems with shipping and the lack of comunication is a no go!
Sorry to say this, but i do not think that i will buy again from this seller! ! !
The Enogear website is back and online again.
And i got a message from Sami. The website stock information has to be wrong. Because he told me that they send out a new package.
Now the waiting starts again. I hope it will arrive this time!

Yes, the enogear domain name registrations has been renewed for a year:
Can someone else please confirm that they see the web site? Thanks.
At the moment I can see the website, though it took a while to load. Which is not alarming because I’ve spend the best part of the afternoon purging my PC from an incident. But my best guess is that the website is slow, not my PC.
BTW, the SS 14500 (SKU 16004) is available again for $14.90!

No worries. In my experience the Enogear website is always unbelievably slow.
If i go on the product page the SS 14500 light it still Sold Out. Please correct me if i am wrong.
Someone named Sami, using Jackie Zhang's email account, informed me that the SS 14500/AA will be back in stock next week. This is probably in response to my queried to Jackie about this five days ago.
For some reason I get forwarded to another web site every time I try to browse Enogear.com. A different site comes up each time. This occurs using Chrome or Internet Explorer on either Win 7 or Win 10. I only have this problem trying to browse Enogear.com. Hmmm.

Well, after almost 2 weeks and 3 emails, I finally got an email response this morning from Jack at Enogear. He said he is shipping out a new SS 14500 by registered mail to me to replace the one that never arrived. Glad he finally responded, and hopefully this new shipment will make it.

I think Jack is super busy with Fireflies PL47 so he’s not getting to his emails. Try sending Fireflies a PM on BLF.

But, evens after clearing browser cache, I am not seeing the website yet. Its return, however, should be imminent.

Is it just me, or are other also getting this? I wanted to find out if the SS 14500/AA was back in stock. Thanks.

I get the same thing. If I remember right, there was also a barricade on the screen, so I thought maybe the site was under construction, lol.
I think Jackie may have let his web hosting lapse.
Want 4 of them. But seems problems with seller, website, etc… Should I take a chance?
I'm curious to know how you could order/pay without the web site shopping cart? Is there another method?
