Fireflies E07 preview

Weight without battery is 135gram , the head part weighs 90gram

135g? Not bad. Wouldn’t called that lightweight, but it’s not bad.
The thought of 300g has really scared me for a moment.

massive fins yes , thick shelf yes , 300+gram no way, E07 is a small-size EDC

It looks massive, our engineer has a relatively small palm. the pure weight is only 135grams

Yeah sorry.

My calculation was completely off.

BTW a copper variant would be interesting as well. Not for EDC, not for backpacking but there would be uses as well.

The head with the flare, fins and switch looks really great!

And here is my next purchase! Or two! Would love one with a 3000k emitter choice!

It looks really nice except the rounded “triangle” cut where the button sits, IMO.

EDIT : the button area of the first proto was much better and the button could be recessed a bit more.

Very nice design! I like the styling better than the Emisar lights.

I like everything about it except that it uses small TIR’s. I like the TIR in my small EDC but for larger lights I’m a reflector fan. This flashlight with a quad reflector (even though it would add a few mm to the size and produce less light) would make it perfect.

PICK A CARD, ANY CARD!!!

LOVE IT!

What they said, above me… where do I pay?

Can I please Please PLEASE get one in RAW aluminum like that one pictured? Or bare, as machined, with clear anodizing? Please?

Love it right down to the purple lights in the switch!

10mm shelf :+1: Fins look great too. I guess 135g is the max you can pack in a light this small. Are you going to sell a clear anodized version? This looks much better than the black and champagne color. Also a copper version would be fantastic.

I can see that finned head section being copper, with bare anodized aluminum tube and tail cap and SS or Ti bezel. What an epic little light this would make!

Begs the version with a copper head. Can limited release

Copper head with clear anodized aluminum tube would be perfect since the head is most important for thermal performance. Don’t mind the bezel being in copper though for more thermal mass.

:+1:

:+1: :+1:

Clear anodize with a stainless or titanium bezel would be so so cool.

Oh yeah, that design looks absolutely magnificent raw.
