[M4D deal ALIVE] Lumintop GT micro

we wait for final driver and positive prototype tests

then we look on the list to see how many to produce in first batch

While I do know that this is a little brother to the GT and of course must therefore conform… what would be the chance this light could be available in a machined ano finish? Or even, dare I say, colors? I’d like a purple one, a copper one, a Titanium one, and the chance to lego parts to make a copper pilled Ti variant.

If/when this light is made in AA format, color anodize options will be great! For me, the NiMH format is better for gifting and colors other than black or grey make for more popular gifts.

Interested pending price. Hopefully $25ish

In for 1 NW & 1 CW :+1:

the final price is written there already ;)

I’m in for 1CW

My cousin would have to pay dsu 99.92$.

(he’s dyslexic where numbers are concerned!)

In for a NW one.

Are 14500 cells included?

Thanks for posting that, Djozz :+1:
Clearly not the same cell then.
Strange how L500 chargers got 900mAh out of them though…
The Vapcell looks good. :sunglasses: (by Vapcell…)

[/off topic]

In for the Purple one for the wife.

In for 1 cw.

One of each, please.

CW for me. Got to complete the GT set. Thanks madmax. I love Lumintop lights. They make a great product for the price.

Submitted for 1 NW :+1:

Form submitted for 1 of each tint.
If the NW is a True NEUTRAL White that is:+1:

True Neutral Whitetm , the new standard for flashlights, we will not disclose the CCT or colour coördinates, but you better get it right.

I just read a rather lengthy article that explains the human eye can perceive approximately 10 Million colors. But there are differences in how people view these colors, and there are differences in how colors present dependant on surface and lighting and other factors, so they say there may be 18 Decillion colors. (That’s 18 followed by 33 zero’s) If all these colors have names, they are then not white.

As far as I know, there is but one White.

Also, as far as I know, Neutral has a specific meaning. Not taking sides one way or another.

So, can we please get white light in our flashlights?

That sounds like an interesting article Dale, I’d like to read it.

I agree, it would be very nice if we could _“get white light in our flashlights”.

True Neutral Whitetm in fact, without having to wonder what possibly gosh awful hue/tint our NW lights might have placed in them. :person_facepalming:
……

True Neutral Whitetm …… broken down to a simple form.

True - being in accordance with the actual state or conditions; conforming to reality or fact; not false:

Neutral - not helping or supporting either side in a conflict, disagreement, etc.; impartial:

  • 2. having no strongly marked or positive characteristics or features:

White - a color without hue at one extreme end of the scale of grays, opposite to black. A white surface reflects light of all hues completely and diffusely. Most so-called whites are very light grays: fresh snow, for example, reflects about 80 percent of the incident light, but to be strictly white, snow would have to reflect 100 percent of the incident light. It is the ultimate limit of a series of shades of any color

  • White is the lightest color and is achromatic . It is almost the color of fresh snow, chalk, and milk, and is the opposite of black. White objects fully reflect and scatter all the visible wavelengths of light. White on television and computer screens is created by a mixture of red, blue and green light.

True Neutral Whitetm … A standard that should be implemented governing lights of the future. A benchmark by which comparisons are made.
