I think that is a standard email AE sends out. I got one the day after a package was delivered one time. :person_facepalming: . 
Haha, that’s a relief. I’ve only ordered a couple things of AliExpress so far and it’s the first time I’ve come across it.
That was my experiencd on that one.
I have only placed a few orders, 7 I think; with AliExpress myself… none of them have been very speedy arriving. 
:cry: Mine, ordered Nov 10, still say they’re in China on AE. OTOH, if I paste the tracking number into google, and track via USPS, it says it’s in a neighboring state, and that it left China 11/24, arrived in US 12/5. So… :question:

Mine are also apparently in the USA as well with a date of Dec 10. Only 1 state away. Stuck in customs it seems for a while.
How long should I wait before opening a dispute? It has been 26 days and every tracking site shows for the last update as still being in China as of Nov. 26.
I’ve been “patience”, but seeing other people in the States who ordered their lights after me gtting their lights already is making me wary.
Mine look the same way. I look at the LED and think also that I’m picking the 3200, but the 5600 is the warmer looking one. I was confused for a minute when first playing with them last night.
And my two pieces have arrived here in Finland.

I’d expect the parcel to be available for pickup at my local post office next Monday or Tuesday unless the customs decides to take a look at it.
If you really want the lights, just relax & give it time. You’ll get the lights sooner or later. I’m in the same boat you are, but I have every confidence they will get here sooner or later.
My experience with AliExpress is always the “later” part of “sooner or later” by the way.

Especially coming on the heels of the big 11/11 sale, the China-US transportation is likely overburdened right now and running a bit slower than usual.
I get that, but what perplexes and worries me is other people who ordered after me have gotten theirs already, or their’s are at least in the States.

Many times there is no ‘rhyme or reason’ when dealing with shipping from China defloyd77. That is just how it is sometimes. Yours may have been sent by a different carrier, a slower boat, etc., etc. Give it time… you’ll get it. 
Teacher is wise. I ordered on the 10th in the first 300. Paid full price for one of each. They probably oversold that batch and are having to wait for manufacturing. It may take till February to get them and with Chinese New year it might be April. You never know.
I don’t think that’s the case with mine since it has already shipped out.
Looking forward to trying out my new C01’s when they get here, I’m especially excited for it being a good AAA light with high CRI. I’ve come to appreciate the portability of AAA lights and pretty much always have one on me, usually the BLF-348. It’d be nice to complement that with one of these 3200K C01’s
That is another thing you must realize defloyd77, “shipped out” does not always mean ‘SHIPPED OUT’. That is just another thing some Chinese vendors like AE do sometimes. :person_facepalming: .
The packages may actually be sitting around somewhere waiting to start their jourjey to you. I’m not condoning that practice, that is just how it is.
For example… mine supposedly “shipped out” over 2 weeks ago, the day after I placed the order. But even though they have a Tracking Number they have not even entered the Tracking System yet…… they just have a number. They are sitting around waiting to actually start their journey.
I know this is probably not what you want to hear, but it is how it is. Try to be patient…. they will get to you. Probably later than sooner though.
I once ordered flashlight on eBay from china. They said shipped out. Decided to order another. They both arrived in same package.
