I guess pin 2 is what Lexel uses on that driver? It can certainly vary. It might be best to trace the circuit back to verify it’s pin 2. (I’ve seen drivers where pin 7 is used)
Alternatively, you can scrape the solder mask off the trace by the pad and attach the wire there. The current is super low for the switch.
Dont understand TA MT03 is different from his basic 46mm SRK he used to use 2 1206 0Ohm, On my designs I traced it without 0Ohm or changing any parts location or orientation
I flipped many drivers MCU from TA designs and never ran into pin assignment problems
I would always stick to the standard firmware pinouts which is compatible between them thanks to some forum members
Some drivers need to run a trace below a resistor
Switch will be aleays pin2
2S pin7 for voltage divider
2 channel pin 5,6
Indicator LED 3
Most everybody knows they are assignable, not BLF based drivers Lexel/RMM (#2 is kind of a standard) that I know of ever used #7, and this IS Lexel’s driver thread, any way good to know it was done on the Hacklites MT09R MT03 for what ever reason?
I have got this driver working. I also lost the indicator light pad. Both mishaps where my fault and had nothing to do with the with the driver. I had the driver in a small vise when I was soldering the switch wires on, when I took the driver out of the vise the head of the light caught the vise, my solder joints held and the pad didn’t.
as far as I have seen the X6R uses switch on the main board and another piggy back board for charging and AMCs
It may be possible to add one of my drivery, you may sacrifise the charging board, like here and here
if the driver cavity is deep enough yopu may use charging board as well
usually you could ship whatever you wants just needed to look to size and weight specs
for sending items you could simply make another stamp and declaration and envelope had not to be glued and it was even cheaper on size and weight compared to normal envelope
now they simply changed normal envelopes to papers only, so they can charge more on non business customers for a parcel instead raising the price from 3.2€ to 18€
and for sending items you need to make a business account with 200 national shipment per year minimum quantity
this would not apply to me
If they check with x-ray or so the stuff I sent last days may be returned
I doubt I will ever get back to 4€ tracked and 25€ insured envelope
if they really filter non paper envelopes with drivers in them with x-ray I got literally no other option than to send by DHL (17€ untracked uninsured or 46€ tracked and insured)
