FW3A, a TLF/BLF EDC flashlight - SST-20 available, coupon codes public

Very nice indeed. . :+1:

tatasal How did you end up with 3 of them?

He is connected …. . ……

Or just maybe…… 1 light, three pictures._

 … That brings back some memories!!
.

Teacher, you aren’t old enough to remember that.
The light does look great.
I keep thinking how cool a 18650 light this small would be.
I sure hope it still happens.

I sometimes wish I weren’t old enough to remember cabfrank. :person_facepalming: .
IIRC, I think I would have been in about the 4th grade at that time.
Yep, those pictures are very impressive!! I’m hoping so too.
In fact, despite everything; I think it will.

My god…did you REALLY just ask that question. Surely you were joking

Noooooooooooooo waiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!

I am also hoping he was joking…. otherwise, he needs to get some rest. .

Or only three pictures, no lamp?

Hmmmm…. never thought about that. :open_mouth: … Good point…… :+1:

#LIGHTPORN

I love that color

In for two please! Really nice, it reminds me of LiteFlux

There are smaller 18650 lights out now. The D4 is close in size. The Zebralight SC64 is smaller, and my favorite production light so far (although I wish it had the double springs of the SC62).

I’m in for one LH351D, please and thank you!

I have to admit, in and of itself, that light in dark charcoal matte grey looks very nice.

I agree. Is this another prototype that has been released? Did I miss something?

I’m listed for 2 … after seeing these images, I may opt for more

Perhaps tatasal can solve the mystery of those pictures?

An 18650 light this small isn’t new. Several Zebralights, the Nitecore HC30, some DQG stuff, and others are the same size or smaller. While a tail-e-switch on an 18650 light this small probably was new when the FW3A was announced, the Folomov 18650S has that.

I’m not sure the FW3A does any one thing that hasn’t been done before, but it combines a lot of good ideas that are rare in the industry with good physical design, good emitter options, high max output, and a great UI.

I have to agree with teacher on this one. If you are just participating as an individual in a hobby, then sure you can just go dark with no explanation or obligation, but when you are the founder and organizer of a movement involving 200 pages, over 6000 posts and 2000 commitments to order a product, then you DO have an obligation as a regular decent human being to at least keep people informed of your intentions. especially considering you are still logging into the site. It’s complete crap to claim that you have no obligation to even post “I quit” at that point. Sure everyone is busy with life, but how many of us would use that as excuse to leave over 1200 people waiting on even a few words for over 6 months? That’s majorly uncool.
