Simon, I really want to buy a bunch of T2 for modding but I don’t like the driver. Can you consider improving the driver to be like the one on the Reylight TiLan and Brass AA? Reylight have the best AA flashlight rear clicky UI/driver I’ve used. The Sofirn SF14 comes in second. They have no PWM.

i have other AA driver without PWM several years before ,
it’s LDCH LD30

Its disadvantage is that the components are too dense, not easy to install, easy to short circuit

Yeah completely smooth. Smooth tail cap and head too.

If you say the knurling can increase the defect rate, perhaps some people will buy completely smooth ones for a slightly cheaper price. I will buy one, and would also buy S2+ Aluminum in smooth.

Exactly! I’d buy a couple of them. Doesn’t matter if it’s alu or copper. If that really happens, I’ll sell out all my current Convoys and change it to this! Even better if they have a look like the Armytek Partner series. Slightly larger head and slimmer body. Love that look on any light.

In Europa, any import lower than € 22 is exempt from taxes and VAT. So I would rather have two shipments of € 21 each than one shipment of € 36 or whatever the price is going to be.
Quite a few Europeans would probably feel the same.

yes last time i ordered from ali (not from simon tho), it was like 40 days shipping time, and customs so yea not same shipping options like banggood has etc…

I hope later in future simon can sell these via banggood as they sell most of convoys stock there.

Haven’t seen one, but there are a couple gents that mod the crap out of his lights. One got me the copper S2+ long after they were listed sold out on Simon’s store.

Having no Knurling on copper is a bad idea I think, very easy to drop and dent the light.

For me personally, I’d trade away that grip for a sweet looking host and at possibly a lower price. The smooth light would be a shelf piece and not a day to day worker light.

so what about totally smooth without logo ,and change the rubber button to metal (stainless steel)

I don’t mind if its smooth or with knurling but I would like the luminus SST20 LED inside. Also could it be possible to have a magnetic tailcap?
