19mm is not a common size. It’s better I custom make it from VR20SP3, there should enough margin to do that.
No plan for VR20S1, after this VR20SP3, the next MCPCB will be VR38SP16,
Tip: You can convert existing VR21SP4 to single E21A use by scraping the solder mask.
If one wants lumens he shouldn’t buy a E21A custom in the first place. The D240 looks very natural in the higher modes but that’s it, in the lower and low-medium modes the tint is bad and unacceptable, 15% more output doesn’t make than any less of an issue. Even the 80CRI XPL-HI 5D with a slightly rosy duv of about –0,0020 makes the D240 E21A look green at about any level.
I agree with you, I like my 4xE21A 4000k D220 Tiara Pro more than my 4xE21A 4000k D240 Tiara Pro. The D220 version looks nearly identical in tint to the 219B 4000k 9080 that Clemence was selling.
Guess I’ll wait a while till Clemence restocks the D220 bin.
Is your D220 4000K (and 4500K?) Tiara below the BBL on all levels?
Interesting you have two identical lights with a different flux bin
I don’t have the equipment to measure but my Tiara with D220 4000k looks a bit below BBL at very low output and goes down to very nice rosy tint at high output much like the Cree 5A/5D tint. The D240 doesn’t look bad by any means. It is nowhere near as green as the 219C 4000k 90CRI, LH351D 4000k 90CRI, or SST-20-W 95CRI FB4 tint. Just not as nice as the E21A 4000k D220 or 219B 4000k 9080 tint that Clemence was selling.
