It actually looks pretty good to me since looks are very important. Of course price is just as or even a little more important to me.

There seems to be that torch from a number of different sellers all around the same price - looks like it may be a new eBay "special". Not bad if it's really a Q4 bin.
What's so special about the Q4 bin? It's not one I hear talked about too often...
A bit "rare" perhaps nothing fancy. I had around 25 flashlights all led but never a q4 if it is a q4 at all.
The design is appealing, the switch assembly looks a bit poor, SMO refloctor is a plus for modding. Looks decent for DIY and as is, for the price.

Anybody wonder why the seller does not show any picture showing the LED? probably it will not have a CREE.... a generic chinese led instead
